I comprehended that theory when I visited the Royal Museum at Edinburgh in Scotland last November.
There is the corner for the Far East in it,where the most excellent fine arts from Japan,China and Korea are collected by ace experts in art.

I’d like to let you know of typical Japanese beauty this time showing pictures.
These are ornaments at the oldest shrine at Shimoda which was built 1500 years ago.These are the same as gargoyles at western cathedrals for driving off the devil.

Those wood ornaments seem to have been carved by nameless sculptops long long ago.
But everything has subdued beauty and is brilliant.
